Details:
On the Gold Coast in Australia we had perfect weather to view Venus transiting across the face of the Sun for the whole six and a half hour event. I’ve made an image with the most exciting phases when Venus was just inside the Suns limb, mid Transit, and just before it wholly left the Suns disk…truly an awesome experienced shared with my fellow friends from the Southern Astronomical Society (Gold Coast) and the public.
