Details:
I was out in the driveway testing some new equipment today and looked up at AR1504 through constant moderate clouds to find that it was spitting out a long duration M class flare! I decided to try to image it in all visible wavelengths as well as the light of Hydrogen plasma. Please forgive the clouds but I really wanted to share how awesome this region is becoming with its complex sunspots and flare potential. It is also aimed right at us!
