Details:
The celestial Triple Crown that began May 20 with the annular eclipse and ended with the Venus Transit on June 5 (and with the partial lunar eclipse on June 4) gave us good excuses for some short trips. We went to Santa Fe, NM, for the annular eclipse, and over the hill to western Colorado for clear skies to observe the transit. The lunar eclipse was easily visible from the porch at home.
