Details:
The planets Venus (brightest object) and Jupiter were shining together like two jewels in the brightening east sky around 4:38 AM CDT. Also visible was the star Aldebaran (below Venus), the Pleiades star cluster (above Jupiter), and the star Capella (far left). Nikon D5000 DSLR camera. Image 7 second exposure at f/7.1, 800 ISO and 18mm focal length.
