Details:
I observed a lot of halos on this day. Some were very bright. Around noon, the parhelic circle was almost complete with a bright circumscribed halo above the sun. Some time later, I observed the Wegener arcs and the anthelion, it was the first time of my life I saw them! 2 photos show one Wegener arc.
