Details:
Tonight I photographed something Ive never done before. Noctilucales (morild) washed up on the beach. It was illuminating the shores where the sea washed this tiny (algae?)up. And as if that wasnt enough I also got a nice moonlight and Auroras..
Canon 5D mk2 and Samyang 14 mm f/2,8,
ISO between 1250 and 2500, with 8 - 25 second exposure.

Excellent image! Auroras and bioluminescent dinoflagellates, all one one shot! Im usually not envious.

Hi Frank,

this pickture is fantastic. You were pretty lucky to see noctiluca scintillans ( Milky seas effect) together with the aurora.
