Details:
Pulsating aurora is a rare not yet fully understood phenomena. It occurs usually at the end of an active aroral night, early in the morning. The ground-current monitoe at the Polarlightcenter in Laukvik, Lofoten, woke me up this morning and I went outside to take pictures of teh fast moving cloud-shape pulsating aurora. It acts like switching on and off the light continuously.
