Details:
The auroras were pretty dim last night and a pale white, but there were rays and lots of pulsing. The display was actively moving.

I went to a few locations, but found the view on Two Island Lake outside of Grand Marais, Minnesota had the best view.

For this self portrait, I used a D800, 16-35, ISO 1600, f/4, 30 seconds
