Details:
Our last night at the Polarlightcenter in Laukvik, Lofoten, Norway gave us a nice opportunity for a wish: a meteor right through
the auroral oval. At the right side of the photo a smaller iridium flare is visible.
Although the Kp index is 1, an auroral oval was visible. Seven nights we could enjoy the auroral display, tonight a bit hiding behind the clouds.
Photos with a Nikon D700 and 12-24 mm f 2.8 lens.
