Details:
As new sunspot group 1596 rotates into view something is happening just beyond the limb. This eruptive solar prominence gives a clue that there is more to come. Imaged with my Astro-Physics 152mm F8 refractor equipped with a DayStar Quantum PE .5 Angstrom H-Alpha filter and Flea2 ccd video camera.
