Details:
Yesterday evening I managed to capture the comet 168P/Hergenrother from my backyard at the waxing crescent Moon. Despite the moonlight I could find easily the comet using an eyepiece with 25 mm focal length (magn. 40x). After observing visually I used my camera to take some frames about the comet.
Technical details: Skywatcher 8-inch newtonian reflector (F/5) on unguided EQ-5 mount, Canon EOS 400D, ISO 1600, 26x30 sec. Processing by IRIS.
