Details:
I decided to take images of the unexpected brightening of comet 168p/Hergenrother at my light polluted place at Quezon City Philippines. The Moon was also very bright but fortunately it did not completely wash out the comet. I used a Celestron 11 inch SCT, an Atik 16HR CCD for the first image and a Canon 7D DSLR for the second earlier image.
