I had an email from spacearchive.info that said the launch of a Minuteman III from Vandenberg occurred just after 3am. It was noted that the high altitude plume may be visible at sunrise. This is what I saw to the east of my location in Ridgecrest, California. This seems to be high altitude, but then again, could be F/A-18 contrails though this isnt typical. I didnt use a tripod which would have been much better. I just braced myself against the patio post.
