After a calm hour of one broad green stable line, Aurora was suddently on fire! The clouds disappeared just in time to catcht this beautiful shots. 5 sek at 500 ISO was the lowest catch tonight. More photos: https://www.facebook.com/JuneGronsethPhoto

What are those streaks of white, they look like solid objects? Do you know?

Dear Smitty, do you mean the white on the stones, thats ice. The stripes in the sky is the stars- when I stich teh picture i have to stretch the image to gell the hole frame- and the stars to the left and the right becomes longer:-)
