Summer Solstice to Winter Solstice 2012. I enjoy the suspense of waiting 6 months to see what beauty a simple pinhole can camera and the sun will reveal. Aimed between fir trees in the Idaho mountains, this solargraph endured summer heat, soaking rains, cold and snow. The raindrops, water streaks and dust motes are inevitable, and I think they add interesting effects to the image.
