Details:

The things we do! A really cold day today, -20 C (or -4 F) with just a little bit of solar activity. Brrr.

Solarmax 60II f/6.6, Canon XTi ISO 800, surface 1/800 sec. prominences 1/250 sec. East and West are reversed.

The surface and prominence shots are 5 layer stacks. Treated with Lynkeos Lucy-Richardson algorithm and Photoshop for stacking, montage and colour.
