Details:
Just went out with the dogs, and saw the lidar of the Arctic Research Centre (ARC) of the Finnish Meteorological Institute was on. Then I noticed the halo around the moon as well as Jupiter near by. ARC is co-located with the Sodankylä Geophysical Observatory, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year and which was founded as a magnetic observatory for Northern Lights research. Camera was a Canon IXUS 220 HS, 15s exposure time.
