Details:
it started as a clear and cold evening at abisko. but more and more some cirrus came up, and the dark was replaced with a ghosty, nebulous foggy
scenery. the auroras came around 21h, just when i arrived at the summit of njulla, 1164m. it was marvelous to be up there!

Lovely spiral! Might try that next time. The ball of light effect in our Gallery photo kept us warm as well as entertained while we waited. I can see you also had a great time in Abisko - its such a beautiful spot.
