Details:
Last night there was full moon. The full moon in February is also called the Snow Moon. To visualize this me and a friend decided to go for a walk out on a big lake, covered with snow, so that I could create a snowy planet matching the snowy moon. As we stood there watching the moon, a mist blow in from the south and created dramatic surrounding. In this photo, at the time for the full moon (20:20 UT) south east is up.

In the next photo we tried to build a big snow pile to reach for the moon, but we got to tired of all the digging.

Indeed a beautiful concept and execution! It reminds me of the Little Prince walking on his planet B612!
