This was only my second attempt at recording an ISS pass. I used a hand tracked 10" dob and a 1st generation ToUCam webcam @ 1/2500 shutter. The movie was compiled from a number of stills, and is a condensed version of the 5 minutes it took the ISS to cross the sky to the south of my backyard. Note the rotation, and the bright flash of the solar panels. As I was tracking the ISS I could definitely see that flash naked eye.
