The weather gods cracked the sky open here in cloudy WNY to give us a fine look at these two planets with the icy fingers of winter descending upon them. They are 2.25 deg apart and the trio of mag 4.5-5 68, 59 & 60 Sagittarius are to the left. Taken with a digital camera, ISO 800, 6sec f/10, 120mm 35mm film camera equivalent. Would've been nice to get out 15 minutes earlier in a brighter sky. Georgous view. Time to get the scope out while the getting is good!
