With the planetary ballet going on in the sky this month, many people are forgetting about the closest planet to the Sun which is also clearly visible with the naked eye right at Sunset. Mercury is just above the glare of the Sun for a good 30 minutes or so in the evening right now setting the path for Venus, Jupiter and Mars to follow through the night. These images were taken with a Canon 7D and a standard 28mm lens from the parking lot at work on a break! Counting the Earth beneath your feet, you can see FIVE planets right now at the same time at Sunset!
