Headed out of town to get out of Omaha's light pollution as soon as a couple friends told me the auroras were growing brighter as twilight faded. Wasn't out when the display went crazier after midnight, but I had to get back to the dorm for school the next morning. Nice to finally be able to see their color visually! They were even visible through light pollution, and were bright enough to be reflected above the Elkhorn River. Canon 60D, 10mm, f/3.5 @ ISO 1600, 15 seconds
