Hi All, After shovelling snow out of my driveway all day, with no end in site, the blizzard conditions finally gave way to clear skies, Yeah! I went out to check out how clear it was, and saw this young thin crescent moon with Earthshine as I looked down my street on Mesmer Avenue in Dayton, Ohio. Canon 20D DSLR & 75mm to 300mm lens, set on a tripod, ISO 400, 2 second exposures. I also captured some small Ice pillars to the right of the closeup shot, due to the wind blowing snow causing Ice crystals to refract the light into these small pillars.
