James C. Veen Observatory near Lowell, Michigan, USA
Details:
Clear skies all day made for an excellent opportunity to photograph the International Space Station (with STS-129 along for the ride). It showed up right on time, and disappeared just under Polaris. We waved, but they didn't see us. :) Photo Details: Canon 40D, ISO 400, 60 second exposure.
