Caledon, Ontario, Canada
It was an absolutely gorgeous Thanksgiving in Caledon, Ontario, Canada with warm sunny temperatures and the autumn pageantry was at its peak. The skies were full of wispy high cirrus clouds and a brilliant circumzenithal arc (CZA) formed during the day. In the evening the brightest lunar CZA I have ever seen formed just long enough to get the camera and tripod and take a few photos. I have learned that if your skies are atmospherically optical during the day you should keep an eye out at night especially if the moon is full or near full.
