On 18th October 2009 9:18GMT+1 three of us witness this rocket fuel dump. The pictures show the ring surrounding the central point and the object which was at position 3 o'clock on the ring. The event was moving NNE from over head to where this photo was taken. The photo was taken with a Nikon D700, ISO 25600, 1.6 sec, with 24mm f/2.8 Lens. You can see the "Big Dipper" (Ursa Major) in the picture which subtends approx. 28 Degrees showing the size of this event. With the two photos you can also see how the event moved across the sky, also how the two objects move in relation to each other!!!
