I was fortunate to get the opportunity add to the record of this historic event after several false starts due to cloudy weather. Visually, the impact scar is easy to spot, as long as the seeing is at least average. The drawing was done at the eyepiece with HB and 2B pencils and a blending stump on photocopy paper.
