I went out in anticipation of the arrival of the High Speed stream. With the moon climbing higher and higher in the sky I was happy that the auroras took off for just a few minutes before the sky became to bright. Clouds made it a bit challenging. For those brief minutes the auroras became fairly bright with purple streamers again. Beautiful sight!
