After a bizarre April day in the UK where snow fell almost everywhere (there were even snowmen on Selsey beach as can be seen here http://www.digitalsky.org.uk/temp/snowpics/2008-04-06_snow.html)
I headed down to Selsey's West Beach with a friend in order to see if we could catch the 15h young lunar crescent. After almost an hour in the freezing cold, the clouds started to creep higher in the sky. However, just at the last minute - there it was, my thinnest lunar crescent to date. Wow what a day!
