Thanks to your alert I only had to wait till the cloud cover reduced and image the active area AR 1004 in white light (Baader Film)with a Astroteck 102ED refractor and CaK and H-alpha with my Coronado PST telescopes. Haze and seeing conditions needed a Philips ToUcam Pro II to stack 500 images in Registax. Final montage made using PaintShopPro6. Let us hope the 'spot stays for a few days and enlarges!
