Details:
Sky cleared here at lunchtime for about 30 mins. of frantic imaging in white light, H-a and CaK. The active area of AR 1008 in H-alpha looked like a CAT scan across the centre of the body! Imaged using Astro-Tech 102ED (Baader film), Coronado PST in H-a and CaK. Images (.avi) 'stacked' in Registax and processed in PaintShop6. Weather forecast is gastly for seeing any sight of the Sun.
