Here are some of the best frames of an oberving session of the ATV-1, a victory, as clouds have ongoing disabled observations for days. This image required the maximum of my imaging skills as I took in through a gap in the clouds, and the vehicle moves considerable faster then the ISS, due to the still lower altitude. Thanks to this lower altitude however, detail is easier to capture. I have marked some of the spacecraft components which are recognisable on the image. Note also the visible dark band around the mid, this is probably the structure of solar panels wrapped around the vehicle, different then the Progress or ATV with extended solar panels.
