The sun seems to breathing a lil sigh of relief from the activity over the last week. The active regions are still bright but the surface seems to be calming. Meanwhile, a large prom on the Northeast limb seems to be growing, although thinning...This feature has taken up a large portion of the limb, could be hundreds of thousands of miles across...It's those features that keep me in total awe!
