Resigned
to the clouds, I was surprised by the Auroras Borealis,
while I thought what to prepare for my dinner. Quickly I
eat anything and got dressed to catch them with my new camera.
Although the moon lighted the sky, she went generous when
allowing me to photograph them. I hope to get a more luminous
lens soon. I start from the past week with this camera Pentax
K10D; Firmware 1.30; ISO 400; F 3,5 to 5,6; S.Speed 10/1
to 30/1; WB manual at 3400 K; Lens Pentax DA 18-55; Tripod
Velbon Sherpa 600R. |

I
read the aurora alert, went outside and found green auroras
to the north. It was a mild display, a bit difficult to
watch due to the light from the waxing moon.
