After
long weeks with a lot of rain and clouds this night showed
enough clear sky to show beautiful auroras. Full moon was
lightening up the landscape and colourful and strong auroras
showed up at sky above northern Norway. Nikon D3 + 14-24/2.8

Cancelled
storm or not - the auroras over Norway were bright enough
to challange the almost full Moon tonight with broad wide
bands stretching all over the sky.

The last weeks has been very cloudy in the north of Norway. So when the clouds cracks up, there's a rush of Aurora photographers on the roads...Spaceweather's forecast for Aurora wasn't quite precis in the Tromsø area. However, I got some shots.
