I took these images of the eclipse from dike in Sizihwan, kaoshung City, Taiwan. In our location we could only see the partial eclipse, and it close to sunset. So after class, I went to Sizihwan and took these picures. It's really amazing.

We successfully observed the annular solar eclipse at Lijiang, China. Near the 2nd and 3rd contact, we also caught the Bailey's Beads. The photos were taken with Sky90 and a Canon 500D.

The January 15, 2010 sunset partial solar eclipse at the Manila Bay is indeed a rare and beautiful site. My image captured the romantic blood red sunset with two lovers on a boat silhouetted against the partially eclipsed sun. The photo was taken around 5:44 pm (Philippine Standard Time) using a Canon 50D at prime focus on an unfiltered Borg77ED refractor (1/800 sec at ISO 200).
